Volunteer at Camp

CampOUT! is made possible and brought to life by our amazing Leadership Team! We would not be able to create a camp for queer, trans, Two-Spirit, and allied youth to grow, play, and learn without the hard work of our amazing volunteers. Our Cabin Leaders provide care and supervision to the campers, while gaining valuable leadership skills and making lasting connections. Our Community Mentors are queer, trans, Two-Spirit, and allied leaders with a particular expertise and skill set to share with campers, offering workshops, mentorship, and guidance to the camp from diverse backgrounds. Our Care Team consists of health care professionals and mental health workers who are responsible for the physical, mental, and emotional health and safety of everybody at camp.

If you are interested in making magic happen and gaining insight and skills along the way, apply to be a part of our Leadership Team! We are seeking applicants to offer inspiring and welcoming leadership to a diverse group of amazing campers.
